Payment is by cleared funds, No later than 2.00pm Monday 9th August 2010.

Payment Method

Bankers Draft (No Building Society Cheques), Credit Card (subject to a £10.00 surcharge up to £300.00 or 3% surcharge thereafter), Debit Card (subject to £25.00 transaction fee), CHAPS/Fast pay (Not Bacs).

Payment strictly by 2pm Monday 9th August 2010 or lots will be re-offered and any deposit forfeit.

Deposit

Deposits may be forfeit and lots re-offered failing the balancing payment by the required time and date. Lots may be re-offered note conditions of sale.

Please Note. No Lot of part lot may be cleared until full payment has been made.

Clearance

From 9am – 5pm Monday 9th August 2010 to Thursday 12th August 2010.

Clearance will be under the strict supervision of the Auction staff, any person or persons found to be clearing goods without supervision will be asked to leave the premises. This is to safeguard all parties.

All lots are sold without any warranty or guarantee and where they lie, buyers are responsible for dismantling and removing lots purchased.

Buyers are responsible for any damage to the fabric of the building

Buyers Premium

A 15% buyers premium will apply

VAT at 17.5% will be added to the overall total.
