All bids on goods are final and based on prior viewing by the bidder or their representative. All goods being collected from our / vendors premises will need to be signed for and all quantities checked be the individual collecting before they will be released. Any shortfalls are purely the responsibility of the individual(s) collecting the goods and WILL NOT BE RECTIFIED / REFUNDED once they have left the premises.

The condition of goods are not the responsibility of Cromerday Ltd once they have left the premises. Advanced Number Plate Recognition and High Definition Security Cameras are installed in our collection depot for your security and you are reminded that the removal of any goods not paid for will be treated as theft and the authorities contacted and any surveillance footage handed over as evidence. Individuals collecting goods may be asked for photo ID, drivers license or other identification before goods will be released.

Default bidders will be barred from bidding on all future auctions and pursued for full payment. If necessary a non-refundable deposit may be taken from the registered card.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE CONDITION REPORTS. ALL LOTS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED TO BE FAULTY AND ARE SOLD WITH NO GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY.

AUCTIONS IN UK HAVE EMPLOYED THE SERVICES OF A DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY TO RECOVER PAYMENT FROM NON PAYING BIDDERS. BY BIDDING ON GOODS IN THIS AUCTION YOU HAVE ENTERED INTO A BINDING LEGAL CONTRACT TO BUY THE GOODS ON WHICH YOU PLACED SUCCESSFUL BIDS.

The removal of Lots from the Location shall be undertaken by the Buyer entirely at its own risk and without any liability whatsoever to the Company.

        1.1 Buyers are responsible for any and all costs and expenses incurred in relation to the removal of Lots and any other applicable charges, taxes and insurance costs. This includes any an costs relating to making electical items safe, disconnection from any power supply and saftey checks. If in doubt, enquire before bidding.
