Buyers

1.15% Buyers premium, charged on all winning bids.

2.Live Auction participation is subject to a further 3% Buyers premium added to your final invoice.

3.Winning bids must be paid for within 2 working days of Auction.

Items won must be removed within 2 working days of Auction any items left longer than a week will be charged £1.00 a day storage per lot (Subject to Boston Auctions discretion).

4.All items are sold as seen; no guarantee is given unless stated.

5.Delivery service available.

6.Payment by Credit/Debit card is accepted subject to a 2.5% surcharge on top of final invoice amount.

7.All fees, including any postage and packing charges, are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Sellers

1.15% commission charged on sale price of sold items, or 15% of reserve price for unsold items.

2.Lotting fee of £1.00 charged per lot.

3.Items must be entered at least 7 working days before auction.

4.Items not sold must be collected within 2 working days. If they are not collected then they are automatically entered in the next available auction with no reserve. If items are still unsold they must be collected within 7 working days after which they become the property of Boston Auctions and will be disposed of at our discretion.

5.Money for sold items will be paid directly into your account after 14 working days subject to cleared funds.

6.Goods left at owner’s risk.

7.Electrical items requiring P.A.T testing are charged at £1 per test.

8.All fees are subject to VAT at the current rate.
